Who says you can have cookies for breakfast. The ladies in my 2015 New Year New Habits group all agreed to love oreos so I made a mission to find a recipe that could help with our cookie cravings without taking us too off track with our goals. So i found one and created two different recipes depending not the time of day. Now both are still TREATS, not something to have every day but WAY better than eating a box of regular Oreos.

Early in the Day or Post Workout 

1 Scoop of Chocolate Shakeology

1/2 Scoop of Vanilla Shakeology

1 cup of Unsweetened Almond/Coconut Blend Milk

1 cup of water

1/2 Cookies and Cream Quest Bar

1/2 of a banana

1 1/2 cups of ice

 

Late Night Snack

1 Scoop of Chocolate Shakeology

1/2 Scoop of Vanilla Shakeology

2 cups of water

1/2 Cookies and Cream Quest Bar

1 1/2 cups of ice
